We booked the family suite and were impressed with the exclusive amenities in the room, including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchenette. the bathroom was well-stocked with basic necessities, and the towels were clean and fluffy. we enjoyed the lovely view from the balcony, overlooking the Sun World Dragon Park, the beach, and the city lights.

The air conditioning seemed to have some issues, as it either ran too cold or was warm and stuffy. We had to play around with the temperature and fan settings to find the right balance.

Staying at this hotel is a great way to relax and unwind whilst enjoying a stunning view. the family suite has all the amenities you need from comfortable beds to clean, fluffy towels and even basic toiletries. the bathroom is well-stocked and convenient and having three TVs is a bonus. the hotel is perfectly located, allowing you to admire the Sun World Dragon Park, the beach, and the city lights. It is also a great place to stay with tweens/teens.

The room had a fantastic view of the city lights, beach, and Sun World Dragon Park. The hotel had three TVs and fluffy towels. The staff were very attentive and helpful, ensuring we had a great time.

Our family spent Christmas at this hotel and we were impressed with the spaciousness of the family suite. Having two bathrooms and three TVs was definitely a plus, especially with our teenagers. the bathroom was well-stocked with all the necessities and the towels were clean and fluffy. We also loved the balcony with the beautiful view it offered. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the local area.

There were also three televisions which was helpful in keeping our young kids entertained after a long day of sightseeing. We particularly enjoyed the well-stocked bathroom with clean, fluffy towels and basic amenities like shampoo and body lotion. The view from the balcony of the Dragon Park, beach and city lights was a nice bonus.

We experienced some issues with the air conditioning, it was either too cold or too stuffy even after adjusting the settings. we had to change our key cards twice because they stopped working.

Convenient family suite, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 TVs, well-stocked bathroom, clean and comfortable.
